Didn’t Receive Your Eating Plan?
Why Your Email Might Not Arrive in Your Main Inbox
Email providers often sort incoming messages into different folders to protect you from unwanted mail. Sometimes this system gets it wrong. Important emails can end up in spam or in filtered categories like Promotions, Updates or Transactions. This can happen even when everything on our side is working correctly.
What You Should Check
- Timing of Your Eating Plan
Your eating plan will only be sent via email starting 5 days before the event starts. If it is earlier than that, you will not have received it yet. Please check your inbox closer to the event date before looking for the email in your inbox.
- If you have unsubscribed from our emails
If you unsubscribed at any point, we are required to honor your request and can no longer communicate with you by email. This means we cannot send you any future messages, including your eating plan or order confirmations, even if they are prepared and sent correctly on our end.
- Look in your Spam or Junk folder
Search for our email address or a keyword like plan or order. If you find the message, mark it as Not Spam. This helps future mail arrive in your inbox.
- If you use Gmail, check the Promotions, Updates or Social tabs
Gmail sorts automatic or bulk emails into these tabs. If the message is there, drag it into your Primary inbox and confirm you want future emails treated the same.
- If you use Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac or iCloud), check your categories
Apple Mail can place emails into folders such as Primary, Transactions, Updates or Promotions. Your eating plan or order confirmation might land in one of these instead of your main inbox. You can move the email back to Primary so future messages appear there.
- Search your entire mailbox
Use the search bar and type our name or part of the subject line. Some apps hide filtered mail more aggressively.
- Make sure your mailbox is not full
If your storage is full, new messages can be delayed or rejected.
- Add our email address to your contacts
This improves how mail providers classify future messages.
If You Still Cannot Find Your Email
If you have checked these folders and still do not see your eating plan or confirmation email, first check with your email or hosting provider to see if the message is being blocked or held in a server-side spam folder. If it still cannot be found, you can contact us directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
