The journey asks you to make changes in your body and daily rhythms, but it also invites you to trust God for healing in deeper places. These questions cover what you receive, who the program is for, how the plans work and what kind of support you can expect along the way.

What is The Exodus Experience: 40-Day Reset?
The Exodus Experience is a 40-day lifestyle reset that takes you on a journey from bondage to freedom, from Egypt to your Promised Land – body, soul and spirit.
Over the course of 40 days, you will deliberately:
- Detox from toxins, parasites and heavy metals
- Calm inflammation
- Reset hormones
- Shed excess weight (if on a weight-loss plan) or restore balance (on a no-weight-loss plan)
- Break cycles of emotional eating, sugar addiction and self-sabotage
- Heal emotional trauma and renew your mind with God’s Word
- Build new, healthy habits and rhythms you can sustain
This is not just another diet – it’s a Spirit-led lifestyle reset.
What exactly do I get when I join?
When you sign up, you receive:
- A 40-day eating protocol tailored to your chosen plan
- A WhatsApp support group for daily encouragement and accountability
- Daily devotionals from Aletté (Scripture, short word, action step, affirmation)
- Voice notes/teachings from Lechi on the body, hormones, detox and emotional healing
- Guidance on Hadassah products and protocols (optional)
- Access to a loving, safe community walking the same journey
- The option to continue with Stabilisation / Maintenance and/or an additional 40-day round
We don’t just send a generic diet – we walk with you, step by step.
Who is this for?
The Exodus Experience is ideal if:
- You’re tired, inflamed, bloated or constantly in pain
- You struggle with cravings, emotional eating or sugar addiction
- You want to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way
- You’re managing hormone imbalances, peri-/menopause, PMS, PCOS, and similar conditions.
- You seek a biblical, Holy Spirit-guided approach to your body and health.
- You aim to detox on various levels – physical, emotional, spiritual
We will have a plan for Teens later in 2026.
Who should NOT do the 40-Day Reset?
- Pregnant women – we do not recommend detoxing during pregnancy
- Anyone whose doctor has explicitly advised against detox or major dietary changes
- People who refuse to eat enough food (this is not a starvation or crash diet)
If unsure, please consult your medical practitioner first.
Are there different plans?
Yes. We work with different plans for different needs for men and woman except where specifically stated, for example:
- Manna & Quail (Main Plan) / Main reset plan
- Balm of Gilead (Gastritis Plan) / IBS / Sensitive Gut Plan
- Milk & Honey (Breastfeeding Plan) – gentler, no intense detox but still healing
- Joseph’s Jar (No-Weight-Loss) / Deep Detox Plan
- Lion of Judah (Carnivore Plan) – for those currently on carnivore
- Daniel’s Table (Vegetarian Plan) – for those currently vegetarian
- Samson’s Strength (Weight-Gain Plan) / for Men
Basic principles are the same; food choices and quantities differ.
How do I know which plan to choose?
- Most men & women: Main Plan (Manna & Quail)
- Severe gut issues (men & women): Gastritis / IBS Plan (Balm of Gilead)
- Breastfeeding: Breastfeeding Plan (Milk & Honey)
- Normal weight but inflamed / hormone issues: No-Weight-Loss Plan (Joseph’s Jar)
- Underweight / struggling to gain (men): Samson’s Strength
- Currently Carnivore: Lion of Judah
- Currently Vegetarian: Daniel’s Table

How intense is the food plan? Is it very restrictive?
It is structured and specific, but not starvation.
- You eat three meals per day, plus 1–2 snacks (depending on your plan)
- Focus is on clean animal protein, specific vegetables and water
- For 40 days you avoid processed foods, seed oils and trigger foods
- Portions are calculated to support your goal: fat loss, healing or stabilisation
We do not publicly disclose full plan details – those are for members only.
Will I be hungry?
Most members report that:
- The first few days can feel strange (especially without sugar and constant snacking)
- After that, blood sugar stabilises and hunger normalises
- If someone is truly hungry, we help them adjust (for example, adding a few grams of extra protein)
Starving is never the goal. Healing and balance are.
How much weight do people usually lose?
It differs from person to person.
- Some lose faster; others lose slower.
- On one Zoom call, an average of around 300 g per day was mentioned for many women.
- Others experience “jumps” – they stall and then suddenly drop several kilos.
- Many concentrate on centimetres, inflammation, and energy, not merely the scale.
- Average weight loss over 40 days is approximately 5–15 kg, depending on how much you need to lose.
We celebrate both scale and non-scale victories.
What if I don’t need to lose weight?
Then you follow a No-Weight-Loss / Deep Detox Plan:
- Food portions are
- Emphasis is on detox, hormone reset and healing
- You still complete the full 40 days, then move to Stabilisation
The goal is wholeness, not thinness.
What if I have a very tight budget?
The 40-day plan is built around:
- Eggs
- Affordable protein options
- Basic vegetables
- Water and herbal tea
You can absolutely do the reset without products.
If you’re able to buy a few things, the recommended starter kit is:
- Detox Tea
- A binder (Activated Charcoal or Diatoms)
- Mineral support (Living Waters + Mineral Infusion)
Everything else is optional.
Are products compulsory?
No.
- Many ladies have lost 7–17+ kg and healed significantly with only the plan
- Products are helpers, not the hero
- You choose what your body and your budget allow
Is this medically supervised?
The Exodus Experience is a voluntary lifestyle reset:
- We share what has worked for many people and what God has revealed to us
- We do not make medical claims
- Results and detox symptoms vary from person to person
- We always encourage you to work with your own doctor – especially if you are on chronic medication, have a serious condition, or experience any alarming symptoms
Is this biblically based?
Yes.
- Every day includes Scripture, devotions, affirmations and prayer
- We emphasise forgiveness, surrender, identity in Christ and partnering with the Holy Spirit
- It’s not just “lose weight”; it’s “be transformed”
What happens after the 40 days?
You can:
- Move into the 30-Day Stabilisation / Maintenance Plan and slowly increase food while keeping your results, and/or
- Join another 40-day round if you want more healing, more weight loss or deeper heart work
Many people complete multiple rounds (80–120 days) before stabilising.
Can I do this if I’m breastfeeding?
Yes – but only on the breastfeeding-specific plan.
- Focus is on nourishment, minerals and gentle detox
- Most moms report no loss in milk supply
- If necessary, you may increase portions slightly
Can I do this if I’m pregnant?
No. We do not recommend the 40-day detox during pregnancy.
What support will I get?
You will receive support and guidance through:
- Daily messages in your WhatsApp group
- Devotionals, action steps and affirmations
- Voice notes and teachings
- A prayerful, safe community
- Direct input and Q&A from Aletté and Lechi
You are never “just a number” in the group.
